Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days across Pakistan.

Free nationwide shipping is available for a limited time during our launch.
Exchange & Returns

We offer 15-day exchanges and returns from the date of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with their original tags and packaging.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or bank account.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
